Yoga Trapeze students: you asked for it, and finally we’ve created a new series of flow sequences you can do with your trapeze. Join Brett Larkin and me for three, fun and flowing series you can do at home, in the park or wherever you love to practice.
Unlike our typical pose-by-pose tutorials, these series are designed for longer practices of 20-40 minutes for students who are already familiar with the basics of inversion sling yoga, and want to try new and challenging poses in a structured mini-class.
Here’s what you get…
- Upper Body Flow: where you’ll learn to use the Trapeze like a suspension trainer for arm, shoulder, and upper back strength.
- Flexi-Flow: where you’ll use the leverage of the sling + gravity for big breakthroughs in your flexibility, specifically in your hips, hamstrings and back.
- Funky Flow: where you’ll learn some of the creative and innovative poses our team at YOGABODY has developed ate our professional classes in Barcelona.
