    On the advice of a personal trainer, I signed up for the YogaBODY “Science of Stretching.” For the last four weeks, I have been using it daily. The 15 minute segments are perfect, easy to make into a routine—like brushing your teeth! I feel so much better, chronic shoulder pain is dissipating. As a 66 year old woman, I cannot afford to stop moving. This program is a perfect addition to my wellness plan.

    Lucas has created very effective short videos that keep me engaged and are making a huge difference. I started from a very sedentary lifestyle where stiffness, aches and pains were becoming too 'loud' to ignore. I needed to get moving and the best way was with deliberate stretching.     Bought the Science of Stretching course and I must say it's one of the best stretching courses out there. Tried a few but never saw the impact to be as visible as this.

    Overall the course is easy to follow and Lucas provided an explanation and guidance throughout each video. Upon completion of this, I'll try to repeat again from the very beginning and try the harder variation.

    What you see is what you get: simple and very well explained exercises, with varitions for begineers and intermidiate practicionners.
    The 15 minutes format is ideal to be squeezed during the day.
    I now only need to understand what other course to pick at the end of this one
