    We all breathe, and each and everyone can benefit from a better understanding of how our breathing affects our health and well-being! The way Lucas has structured the class makes it valuable both to the beginner and seasoned “breather”, his style of teaching is knowledgeable, inspiring, and patient!

    I wish this course would be mandatory learning in schools!

    This is exactly what I was looking for. Gradual increases to strengthen my yoga and breathing practices. Never thought I would go online and pay a fee But this has been wonderful. The explanations are clear and doable.

    Have started both gravity yoga and the 21-day breathing challenge. Am so grateful to have come across Lucas’s teachings via Instagram - both programs are easy to follow and am feeling the benefits though I haven’t completed them yet.

    I recently went through the 21-Day Breathing Challenge in combination with Gravity Yoga. Well produced, simple to follow, effective programming. I did the yoga program before bed each night and then followed up with the short breath practice. Looked forward to doing these each night.

    Highly recommend these. I am looking forward to the upcoming Yoga Trapeze Training!

    I like the format, as it's an easy way to get me to form a good habit. Lucas's voice is very easy to listen to and his instructions are easy to follow. I look forward to more products in the future
