The products are quality products and fairly priced. The podcasts keep me motivated in my general practice and health. I would like more information on back health and the trapeze. I'm 61 years young and have some severe arthritis in my back and it keeps me from positions that I normally could do for years. I would have taken the Yoga Trapeze certification to add to my teaching certification (ahhhhh time in Barcelona or San Diego), however, I am a school principal, caregiver for my 92-year-old aunt, and still parenting a 19-year-old at home. Plus starting an organic farm coop. Time and money are tight right now. I would love an online version of the class. Thank you for the live facebook questions, those really helped.
I appreciate all of your work and especially the ethics you stick with. I stop at different places that teach yoga on my long commute to and from work (90 miles each way), and some have been horrifying. I don't understand why they call themselves Yoga teaching places (ie core power yoga…should be called meat market yoga that is completely condescending to people my age and we can most times surpass the shirtless whippersnappers), except when they throw around weights and jog ….. Did I confuse as to which part of yoga teaching that was?
Thankyou for keeping my solitary practice active!
