    I just placed my order this morning. I have been taking yoga trapeze for a few weeks now and love it. We are using the red & orange trapeze in class so I know I’m going to love it!!

    After one week I can see a difference in pain level and abdominal definition. I knew I needed better core strength to help my osteoarthritis pain. The yoga trapeze has helped so much already!

    Recieved my yoga body in the mail today very excited. I struggled a little bit with the setup because my ropes are different from the one in the video. Once I found the proper setup video I put it up in 30 seconds! I was able to execute 2 poses within the first 30min and they felt amazing. I am looking forward to yoga sessions now because this gives me more flexibility right in my own home. My 6 year old son has even tried 1 pose all by himself. Very easy to use I highly recommend it. Namaste
