I am very new to the [Yoga trapeze], but I can already say it is life changing. Whether I do a full hour and multiple poses or just flip upside down when I walk into the room, it has really freed up space in my body. I feel lighter and more fluid.
Love the Trapeze! It’s been great for deepening my practice. It’s also fun. I’ve enjoyed teaching my nieces ( 4 and 6) how to do inversions. I look forward to their new favorite request, “auntie… can we play on the yoga swing with you today” ??
I got the yoga trapeze after a recommendation from a friend (Amanda of Fit and Chips), as I’ve had a prolapsed disc in my back and I wanted to try the inversion. This actually didn’t work to well for me as I have had muscle spasms and trying the inversion cause the muscle in my lower back to spasm.
However, I love the yoga trapeze for doing lots of other positions and use it daily just to hang and stretch. I hope when my back is better I can do inversions. Just using it daily to do deeper stretch has really helped my health and recovery and I would recommend it to anyone. I also use it for TRX type sets of squat and pull-ups!
The Yoga Trapeze has been a new fun way to practice yoga at home. I’ve also enjoyed introducing it to my Goddaughter who found Vinyasa a bit boring because of her age. I think she spends more time on the trapeze than I do, always looking up new moves and positions. I enjoy it mostly for hanging upside down; it’s great for decompressing my back after a long day.
The Yoga Trapeze brought relief to my back and helped me work on my back flexibility and used gravity as a passive advantage! I love it and already see improvements in my flexibility. Thanks to you guys!!
The Trapeze has taken my yoga experience to a new level. I can now do poses that I couldn’t easily do on the mat. The lower back pain I used to experience (from too much yoga!) has just about vanished. The Yoga Trapeze is also fun to use and it provides a bit of entertainment for the family to watch mom swinging around like a circus star – it really is a great product!!
I am amazed I felt instant beneficial results for a compressed disc in my neck! I just received my trapeze today and I am already hooked! I cannot wait to try more complex workouts when I have more free time tomorrow! Buying the trapeze is the best decision I've made in a long time!
I suffer from many ailments from neck pain, numbness between my shoulder blades & upper back, hip pain & sciatica. My body, due to a car accident many years ago, was squished like an accordion along with being tumbled around when my mom & I got T- boned from an uninsured drunk driver. Not having enough money to cover doctor bills, therapy etc. for both my mom & I. I felt the money we did have should be for my mom. So I’ve dealt with this pain for about 15 yrs now, getting adjustments when I could, here & there. Then recently I saw an ad from Yogabody about the yoga trapeze on facebook & thought “why not, what else do I have to lose”… So I ordered it. It’s been almost a month now using the trapeze & let me say that it’s brought tons of relief. Hanging upside down for a min a day has helped me a lot! I also feel a difference in my core, arms & balance. I am getting better and stronger overall. I have a long way to go before I can say I’m ok. But your product has helped me in more ways than one in getting me closer to feeling better.
The Yoga Trapeze makes me feel great, relaxes me, relieves stress, makes me smile, but it also works my body in a more intense way overall than my regular yoga practice on my mat. I love it and wish I had a place in my home to hang it. For now, I have it hanging from a tree outside, so I haven’t had enough good weather to get into a regular practice with it. I think it’s a great product, though, and I really appreciate the tutorial videos – they are very helpful!
I saw the Yoga Trapeze advertised as helping back pain and so I decided to try it. I have been struggling with extreme back and shoulder pain and have been going to physical therapy and chiropractors. Last year I had surgery which has helped. The Yoga Trapeze has been amazing to use. I'm in the middle of moving right now and I feel my back and shoulders starting to tense and hurt. If I stop and take just a few minutes to invert I feel MUCH better. I would recommend this to anyone, it's been a lifesaver!
I absolutely love my yoga trapeze it has added a new facet to my workouts in the morning. I was getting very bored of doing the same workouts over and over again, and the yoga trapeze has given me some variety. I also find the yoga trapeze to not just be a healthy way to exercise but also a much more enjoyable and entertaining way. I also really enjoy the relaxation that the cradling position gives. It took me a while to find someone to securely fasten it to the ceiling in my bedroom but was absolutely worth it once I got to start playing with it. I have already recommended too many of my friends to get the Yoga Trapeze even if they could only get it in their doorway or possibly hanging from a tree outside. I would love to purchase one if you have it available in the future a portable stand that you can use to take your yoga trapeze wherever you go.
I have spinal injuries (compression fractures in my thoracic) and have noticed a significant decrease in pain after hanging upside down in the Trapeze. There is literally nothing like it. Inversion tables are NOT the same as this. My mobility is also increased. Besides that I have learned other exercises to do so I am working on my spinal health as well as total body fitness. Best purchase ever!
The Yoga Trapeze has helped me with everything!!! Lower back pain, sports injuries, and relaxation!!! Every time I get a little overwhelmed, I hang. My 6 year old jokes when I'm getting a bit upset, he says "mommy maybe you should go hang for a few mins. Like it's my time out. LOL
My FAVORITE product is actually Yoga Talk Show podcast. That show has exposed me to a variety of topics and speakers I wouldn't have know about otherwise. Plus, I don't have to do the research; Lucas does it all by finding the guests and asking the questions. I like everything about it including the nutritional tip of the day and listener questions at the end. I look forward to new episodes, and while I wait, I re-listen to older ones. It really is such a wealth of knowledge in all of them. THANK YOU!
I use my Trapeze daily, even if only for a minute or two – LOVE it! Awesome Toes are great (better than the other brands out there and better than pedicure spreaders), I like the B-12. I haven't been taking Yoga Body Stretch long enough to notice a difference. Gravity Yoga really does work. The water bottle is nice for short hikes.
The yoga trapeze is amazing! Has allowed me to increase my flexibility in my hips to a degree I've never thought possible.
I have also had periformis and proximal hamstring problems that the larger size of the Yoga Balls allows me to do myofacial release to relieve my symptoms. Am going to buy a second set and share them.
It helps me mainly stretching my back out at the end of the day. Although I can do a lot of the flexibility moves, I have to be careful to not overdo it and become too sore. It's also just a great stress reliever. I have already recommended it to a couple of my friends; one who has bought it and is enjoying it tremendously.
I love the Yoga Trapeze! It's great for inversions and heart openers. The three tiered handles offer more options than the regular silks, and I love the sense of playfulness it offers to my practice. I have chronic lower back pain. When I'm feeling tight, I just hang upside down, and it feels wonderful to create space and stretch through my spine..
I had another yoga swing since 2005, so was very comfortable and familiar with this one. The Yoga Trapeze I bought from YOGABODY is made better than my old one so I am very much appreciating this! The videos I watched from YOGABODY have helped me to be more creative with my trapeze.
It is strong, beautiful and easy to mount with the straps. It has really helped me with strength and flexibility. I was taking an aerial yoga class at my gym which I loved and then we moved and I could find a class in our new location. So I was thrilled to find this trapeze. I can do every thing I did in the larger slings. I also love the handles! They can be used for aerial yoga and strength exercises à la TRX.
I have loved using the Yoga Trapeze to get inverted when my shoulders and wrist are too sore to practice on the mat. It also allows me to get in to deeper back bends in a healthy safe way. I have recommended this product to all of my friends. Also I love how compact and portable it is, I often take it on my camping trips and hang it in the trees to practice on.
I love my trapeze and the improvements I have made with my form for poses that are difficult for me on floor. The trapeze gives me a way to practice without worrying about injuring myself and has been fantastic for relieving my back pain… And my kids love it too!
After 4 pregnancies I have developed very bad low back pain from disc problems and a very weak core. I have started slowly using the yoga trapeze and am starting to notice small improvements in the way I feel and my pain level.
I work in neurosurgery where I look at peoples spine health all day long. I know how traction is so important for a healthy back. I also love yoga. The Yoga Trapeze is such a great tool to have in your house for natural traction for optimal spine health, it feels so good!
The yoga trapeze has taken me from practicing once in a while, or for a week straight when I try to get into it again (before I slack for a month yet again)…to practicing daily for over a month straight (personal record). It's fun, and lets me get deep stretches without my bones digging into the hard ground. I can go an hour and it flies by, instead of farting around on the mat for 15 minutes and losing my attention span. This is exactly what I needed to engage in my practice. I never knew what was missing from my practice before, turns out I'm not meant for land yoga! The pressure on my joints and bony bits are gone with the trapeze, I thought it would be fun but didn't think I would be this obsessed. Bravo.
I bought the yoga trapeze to increase my flexibility. I'm 51 and I'm seeing so many people in their 60's and up who are so immobile and I don't want to end up like that. It has helped a lot with stretching and flexibility. And it is fun! I always feel refreshed after using the yoga trapeze.
Increased flexibility thanks to the Yoga Trapeze, also re-ignited my practice because it was something new for me. It has truly helped with my slow breathing as well, because you can hang in poses and breathe as long as you want.
I'm new to the yoga trapeze and yoga in general. I find that your product is very easy to use and also fun! With a combination like that I 'm confident that my journey to better health will be successful! Thank you! :)
OMG! Since I bought the YogaBody Trapeze, my love for yoga has tripled! I tell everyone how great practicing yoga has made me feel, inside and out. I can't ever imagine life without it now. AND I DON"T HAVE TO! I truly am working on making a life change so I can call myself a true Yogi!
I love the trapeze! The additional stretch that it provides is amazing, and you can do great strength work on it as well. My teenagers love it, and I've had many of my friends try it, and I recommend it to all of them. Perhaps I could be a part time sales rep for you all. :-)
I'm practicing yoga more often, my back pain has lessened immediately, and my core strength has greatly improved. Also, I'm having tons of fun and I'm looking into trying aerial silks (the trapeze has helped me gain confidence).
Yoga Trapeze has opened up roads for me when it comes to my yoga practice. I can't wait to get more aerial like and I've become so strong in my upper body. I love it. I love the poses and the support and the videos of everyone else. I will likely do the teacher class in Barcelona in September (gotta discuss w/the spouse) and I want to be able to teach here in the USA! This product is so fun you don't even realize you are working your whole body!!
I honestly really love the yoga trapeze. The inversion alone has really made a difference to my low back pain issue. I have had low back pain for over 15 years and using the swing for just a few minutes a day has really increased my flexibility and decreased low back pain. Thank you so much. I also find that the Yoga forums are really well maintained and quite helpful for first time users. Thanks again!
I suffer from migraines and Lyme Disease. Using the trapeze for even just a few minutes a day has lessened the migraines. Stretch and Liquid Energy B, along with a Paleo diet have almost eliminated the pain from the Lyme Disease in my muscles and joints.
It has helped me tremendously with what was becoming chronic low back pain. After the birth of my son, I was having flare-ups that would lay me up for up to 7 days at a time. Since I've started using the trapeze for traction, I haven't even had 1 flare up of that kind. I still have pain some days (it's only been 2 months since I started using the trapeze) and if I hang in traction, the pain goes away and I feel great the rest of the day. It's seriously miraculous!! Thank you!!
My lower back was always an issue for me. I had tried an inversion table, it took up a lot of room and well it didn't do much less for me. I liked the swing idea because not only would it help my back for it also is a workout if I so choose. I used my swing every few days if I don't my back tells me about it. I used to pop my back each night before bed, now I don't have too.
I'm still learning how to use my trapeze. I know that in time it will be a wonderful addition to my yoga practice. I love inversions and back bends. I look forward to using my trapeze to enhance these and build strength. I'm working my way up to using it for longer periods of time.
I love the trapeze. It has truly motivated me to better my health and life style. I just needed a little encouragement and my husband bought me the trapeze for Christmas. It has really helped me get up and moving. My lower back pain has definitely improved with the inversion and stretching.
The Yoga Trapeze helps me when my back is hurting to hang upside down and to strengthen upper half of my body. It has helped me in many ways that I was not aware of. I had a terrible surgery 4 years ago with the birth of my second son. I have many scars in my abdomen and my uterus. I have done a lot of yoga to stretch out scar and strengthen this area, I could only get so far. My goal to a headstand was always stopped cause I could not feel my abdominal muscles. With the swing I feel I can be assisted as i learn to get in my headstand, I used to see this as "cheating" but its what my body needs to get to my goals of Headstand. I may never get there unassisted but I can get the benefits from the inversions either way. I love my swing and have gotten my bestie to get one too from you. Also it took me two years before I took the Leap to get one from you. I researched a long time, and your xmas deal with free shipping got my mom to get one for me! then the one i purchased I gave/sold to my bestie!!
The yoga swing has been helping tremendously with our health, and it has been a fun way of working our flexibility. We weren't really interested in Yoga as much before, but I am more so now that I've been using the swing.
I really enjoy being able to do inversions at home. I take my awesome toes with me on the road when I do trade shows and use them to help my feet relax after a long day in uncomfortable shoes. Has been very helpful in over all wellness.
I immediately fell in love. My husband bought me my own yoga trapeze this past Christmas and I must say that he is now in love. My vertigo has been easier to manage and my back is feeling better than ever. I've read so many beneficial things about inversion therapy that now I have my kids practicing it as well. Since we all love the yoga trapeze we are looking into buying more so we don't have to share mine. Either way we love it all the same. Thank you from [our] Family.
I had really bad back aches and I got this specifically for the traction part of it and it has helped me tremendously I am a 32 year old with three kids and yoga is my personal away time that I do for myself that I really enjoy
I am struggling with a shoulder injury (didn't occur as a result of yoga) and my yoga trapeze has improved the strength of that shoulder by 50%+. Also I have been able to stretch my upper back and lats with a few of the inversion positions far greater than I could in traditional mat-style yoga – tho I love mat-style yoga I have a job that keeps me on my feet all day and the trapeze gives relief and stretch to job related areas of fatigue in ways mat-style cannot.
My back is so much better. I honestly brag about the Yogabody Trapeze to every single person I encounter. I have it hanging in my home office so it is definitely a conversation piece. I use it every single morning and would love to help promote the Yogabody Trapeze. If this is something that you are able to give me more information on I would be so very honored to promote the true healing behind your product.
The yoga Trapeze has added something new and fun, which encourages me to continue with yoga. It also doubles to be used for many types of exercises, helps with my handstands, and is lovely to sit in and relax.
I absolutely Love the product. I use it as much as I can, and find that I actually crave hanging upside down when I've been away too long! I try to share it with all my friends, and as I practice more and more, I feel my strength and flexibility growing and improving constantly! Its a very easy set up, easy transport, and easy to keep clean!
It has helped with my flexibility and strength. My 13 year old did ariel silks for a while and wanted to get back in and the Yoga Trapeze has helped her build back her strength and now she's doing silks flawlessly!
It has helped improve my strength and flexibility. I am trying to lose weight and regain my core strength after my 4th child. It was a challenge at first but it gets easier with practice. I also have not had a migraine since I started using the inverted poses.
Absolutely! I've known my lower back wasn't the same since I was in an accident in which my car was totaled! I practice to alleviate and correct and I couldn't have come across a more useful and easy tool for this, as well as advancing my yoga practice as well as being fun!
I have horrible back pain from work and my posture has been affected because of it as well. since using the yoga trapeze this has helped me immensely and I am constantly recommending the trapeze to friends.
I bought the yoga trapeze and then had a car accident and have not been cleared to use it yest. But my daughter in law is and she loves loves it. I have been doing easy stretches and PT for the last two months. I am looking forward to getting back to more Yoga soon. i recently bought some of your B12 and I like that also.
Really just beginning with [the Yoga Trapeze]! Taking classes at local studio here in CA The Yoga Trapeze obviously adds such diversity to movement possibilities. Having great fun learning and practicing, and at times, giggling my way through the poses!
Enjoying the journey immensely, looking forward to more suspended adventure!
So far I have mainly used the Yoga Trapeze for inversion to help my back pain after two surgeries. I plan to start practicing yoga and hopefully get more comfortable with the [Yoga] Trapeze, but for now I love it for just hanging upside down.
tremendously helped with my back pain caused by scoliosis
It has tremendously helped with my back pain caused by scoliosis and past car wrecks. I love getting in my trapeze and hanging upside down allowing my spine to release all the tension built up from gravity all day pushing down on my body.
My flexibility is way up. My back pain is almost non existent. I've lost 17 lbs since receiving my [Yoga Trapeze]. I'm starting to see some definition in my arms. As well as s firmer bottom. I love my [Yoga Trapeze].
Besides the initial getting it hung and looking like a new born giraffe being born. It didn't take long to start to learn how to use it. I watched a lot of videos and within days I was doing most. My favorite is hanging upside down. It's like an inversion table but better. It has helped my back so much. My friends are now coming over to use it and looking to get their own.
The Yoga Trapeze has helped me relieve discomfort from sitting the majority of the day. It has also helped with more flexibilty and helps me focus on breathing. I have such a peace after using the Yoga Trapeze and would recommend it to anyone who has a desk job to relieve back and shoulder tension.
Through traction and inverted supported poses my back has finally found some release . I was diagnosed with osthioarthrities of my L5 . Since practicing with the trapeze my pain is almost all gone !
I love how it feels against my skin . Plus I feel fully supported as I do inverted poses.
Our entire family is crazy about the YB Yoga Trapeze!
I tell EVERYONE about my Yoga Trapeze! It's a life-changer, for sure. My mother first got a Yoga Trapeze for herself a few months back. As each family member visited, they all tried out her new contraption. Well, needless to say, we ALL fell in love with it! That week, my mother purchased each of her children, and THEIR children, their very own Yoga Trapeze! Our entire family is crazy about the YB Yoga Trapeze! As we visit each others' houses, we show off our newest moves. The kids love making up, and naming, their own original positions, as well. I strongly encourage my daughter (age 8) to play on it as much as she'd like, which isn't difficult. She's typically already on it; what's difficult is getting her OFF!
I feel so stretched and tall after hanging for even just a few minutes. Have had less pain in my lower back. Literally my only complaint is that I will have to also invest in some sort of bar to move it indoors this winter.
I love my yoga trapeze! It adds a new dimension to my stretching routines and helps me get into sticky spots that are usually really hard to access.
It is really supportive which allows you to completely surrender to the stretch and let go of any tension.
It feels so good!
The Yoga Trapeze has helped me a lot. I have fibromyalgia and I honestly didn't think I could do it. I also have chronic neck and back pain. This trapeze has helped me more than I thought. I got it for traction but now I am doing a few other poses. I love it and wouldn't trade it for anything.
I've only been practicing on the [Yoga Trapeze] for over a month. It just makes me happy to do it. I always loved hanging upside down as a kid, swinging and this gives me both. I am going to look into the DVD for the Aerial Flow Sequences as I've pretty much mastered the 14 initial DVD poses that came with my Yogabody Swing. I've never even taken an Aerial class and I was able to do this from your instructions. I'm 64 yrs. old and had no problem following the DVD poses.
