Heal Your Spine at Home Our students report that the Yoga Trapeze is more effective than an 1-hour deep tissue massage or a multiple series of chiropractic adjustments. The Yoga Trapeze strengthens and loosens the muscles surrounding the spine naturally—so you can eliminate the source of the pain both short and long term.
Most back pain specialists recommend a 3-pronged approach for long term back pain relief
TRACTION: The Yoga Trapeze creates natural, body weight traction… the safest and most effective kind.
BACK & CORE STRENGTHENING: For dynamic, deep core strength, nothing compares to inverted, gravity resistance training.
FLEXIBILITY: Just hang back, grab your ankles and chill out… this is the safest, deepest backbend I’ve ever done unassisted (and pain free). You’ll make flexibility gains effortlessly.

Yes, I would always recommend YOGABODY! I have 2 of the Yoga Trapezes! One at home and one in my car! I have arthritis in my lower back and this takes the pressure off immediately! Not to mention it’s a great workout for the whole body ?? Oh and fun!
I am completely obsessed with the way it feels to move, work my body, and stretch on the trapeze; and the way that I feel after using it, and long term I am hoping for increased strength and stamina in all arenas of my life. Thank you for a wonderful product! Working out has never been so fun it felt so good!!!
The Yoga Trapeze is an awesome product! It is well designed and well made. The set up is easy. My grandson has Sensory Processing Difficulties and the Yoga Trapeze was recommended by his Occupational Therapist as a sensory integration tool. My daughter took right to it and sent me a photo of her upside down in the trapeze at the park. We are just beginning to explore all the many uses of this wonderful tool!
My name is Heidi and I weigh 292 pounds. I have the worse pain that shoots from my lower back to my thighs and even at times my feet when standing. It even hurts to sit. I was VERY skeptical... I'm a big girl! Very scary!!!!!! (Haha) But I just want you all to know, getting upside down was definitely not that hard. I flipped down hung for about a min got up and have not experienced pain since. I'm very excited to be able to strength my core and be able to do much more with it. My entire family thought I was crazy and I would break my neck. But I'm here to prove them wrong! I saw a comment on Facebook asking you all about big people, and a picture of a big girl from Instagram. That gave me hope.
I was also skeptical of the business and stuff. I don't like trusting websites I find on Facebook. You have given me excellent customer service. And I'm very excited to spend more money on video how to do things!
I like the Trapeze. I have only been able to use it several times, because of recent time restrictions…but I love the way the Yoga Trapeze makes me feel!! I love the informational emails as well to help maintain a balanced state.
The trapeze has helped me get excited about my yoga practice again, keeping me from being monotonous. It has also helped with my flexibility as some traditional posed are difficult with a bad back without the straps.
I will continue to use and recommend my yoga trapeze forever!!
I have a rotated coxus and a severely curved neck that cause constant pain in my shoulders and tailbone and doing yoga on the floor has been very hard and slow for me. Being suspended is so much better! And the inversion has already made my pinched nerves in my shoulder area go away. I will continue to use and recommend my yoga trapeze forever!!
Love the traction! I've wanted an inversion table or the like for*ever*, but they are bulky and expensive. This is packable and easy to put up. The inversions are calming as well as relieving of the compression in my neck and back. I've been working on backbends and on chest openers, as well.
I am pain free thanks to the yoga trapeze! I have shared this experience with others who have back issues as well…deep down I want to share my trapeze with everyone. It is definitely a conversation starter at the gym. Someone has also approached me with an employment opportunity.
I am so grateful to have come across your ad on Facebook; it has literally changed my life and I am obsessed. I cant imagine my life without the trapeze.
I was in a car accident 2 years ago which I thought would limit me for the rest of my life, not the case since I purchased the trapeze.
I have severe chronic lower back pain, degenerative disc disease, and post traumatic stress disorder from my time in military service. I have found yoga to be the only exercise that I can do without causing me extreme pain. The trapeze has helped me immensely with my conditions. I have gotten great results and find that I am able to get rid of the inversion table and the hours spent doing aqua therapy and use the trapeze instead. My practice has expanded and I feel healthy and suffer from significantly less pain.
I loved the idea of the yoga trapeze when I first saw it advertised on Facebook. I am already noticing a difference in my flexibility and am more motivated now to learn more about yoga and practice on a consistent basis. I even wish to take the trapeze training in Barcelona as soon as possible!
I take my YOGABODY trapeze whenever I'm out of town for business. I find a gym, playground or a suitable tree and practice a few poses before heading back to my hotel room. It helps me decompress and unwind from my hectic day.
Initially I actually purchased the trapeze for my husband because he has one of the inversion table that is SO BIG and was always tucked away in the garage due to its size which caused him to rarely use it.
The Yoga Trapeze has challenged me to take what I have previously learned and take it to a new and different level. While I still can do my traditional yoga practice, I can utilize this with that and try new things! Feels amazing, so much fun and very inventive. Love my trapeze!!
The Yoga Trapeze has been great during my pregnancy. I love how I can hang and relieve the pressure on my back and my belly. I'm also excited to have it during my labor since we are planning a home birth.
I severely injured my back in February 2012. I started Hot Yoga classes and now purchased the yoga trapeze. It relieves my compressed disks, strengthens my core and keeps me limber. This has been a miracle, my pain level has decreased greatly. When muscle spasms start I just start my stretching. I love it!!!!
I bought the yoga trapeze and was afraid to use it for the longest time. Then I moved and installed it on my balcony and it's bliss. Getting the CD with the specific exercises was quite helpful. When I just had the trapeze with no demo to follow I was afraid to harm myself. Since then, it has helped with my neck pain (I have arthritis on C6 and C7 due to many rear end accidents) and I believe it elongates my entire spine and gives me better posture. It has also been great to open and relax my hips and believe me mine are wobbly after birthing 7 children. I am in my 50s and this has brought new excitement to my yoga practice. I have a morning routine of running 1-2 miles then doing 30 minutes of yoga postures (iyengar mostly) and then I end up on my trapeze for about 15 to 20 minutes. I know I can take it further and am considering the teacher certification. People in my new condo have been asking me about it. I've been meaning to take a picture to post on your page.
The swing has helped me hold poses longer. With my weight, certain poses on the floor are painful, but the swing makes them possible. My back has been a problem since I was a teen, but with the swing I am able to alleviate some of that pain through the traction like poses. Thank you.
I ruptured a disc in my back 3 years ago, and have suffered from sciatica since. Exercise in general seemed to help the actual back pain, but I still had a numb leg and foot from the pinched nerve. Someone finally suggested yoga (I was NOT going to have surgery for it), so I started self teaching. Almost immediately I regained some feeling in my foot, so I delved deeper.
I suffer from neck pain from a car wreck. I have had surgery and a fusion of C-5 and C-6. Hanging in the upside position in the trapeze has helped my neck and core so much. I use it a lot. This will help me keep the discs above healthy so I don't have to have another surgery.
I am still slowly getting into it and trying different positions in the Yoga Trapeze. The stretching while inverted has really helped with my lower back pain. My core is sore the next day after spending just a few minutes in the trapeze.
I hang in my trapeze 3 minutes a day/ or 5 days a week, and my back, neck, posture and overall strength have improved. Just 3 minutes! I could do more things on my trapeze and sometimes do, but at the minimum it is the 3 minute inversion.
I try to do at least one off the 15 minutes flexibility sessions once day or every other day. This helps me with my swimming and my golfing.
I am 56 years old and I feel that using these two products will help me to continue to do the things I love.
Love this product would recommend it to any and everyone.
I love the trapeze I'm not very flexible or advanced. New to yoga as well I've had back problems from a young age and have been on a first name basis with my chiropractor for years. Since getting the trapeze I've not had to go to the chiropractor and have regained flexibility and motion in my back and shoulders ( I just had surgery last year)! I'm loving it. The weather has turned and I haven't used mine for a few weeks while I ordered the tools to set it up inside. And I have notice a large difference. This has been a complete game changer for me in my neck shoulders and back. Love this product would recommend it to any and everyone.
I recently purchased the Yoga Trapeze and am absolutely loving it. This product has given me the motivation to change things up in my work out routines.
I have become more limber and found muscles in my body I didn't know I had.
I feel less pain throughout my day in my lumbar and saved my time & money by not needing to go to the chiropractor. I have posted photos and review on Facebook to share with friends and family. You will have new customers coming your way soon!
The Yoga Trapeze has helped my back and flexibility! I have had neck and back tension/pain for a long time. I started using the yoga trapeze and it has made a huge difference! I have recommended to several friends already.
My back feels so much better now. After a long day at work or a bad night sleep all I have to do is just relax upside down and my back feels better. I haven't had much time to learn other things but what I do is working for me. Thanks this was a great investment
I'm 40 years old & beginning to lose a little flexibility. My trapeze is hanging in the bedroom which encourages me to use it. Even if I only have just a few minutes it's the perfect way to start & end my day. I will say it has turned my bedroom in to a bit of a gathering room though. My children also enjoy using it as well. I have contemplated adding a second one to prevent some of the fighting over who gets a turn next. All 5 of them want to use it at the same time. Lol!
I specifically bought the yogabody Trapeze to help me with my back and leg pain. I have chronic sciatic and this has been an amazing tool to help me with my pain. I love the way it feels, it's comfortable and durable.
I have a thoracic chifosis and the yoga trapeze did help tremendously. I love the concept and highly recommend to anyone. I do share all your post on Facebook. I have a small business in the beaty industry so i have quite some visibility. Good job posting them and i love the podcasts. Happy Holidays to you guys!
I have had two back surgeries and have some degenerative disk disease issues. I cannot do traction because the table moves and gives me vertigo. The trapeze allows me to decompress my spine and disks on a daily basis. I love it!! I feel so much better already and I have only been using it for 1 week!
As I have a bulging disk in my lower back L5 S1 area I think the Yoga Trapeze helps to keep me mobile. On the most painful days I can hang for just 10 to 15 minutes and get instant relief. I have added this in addition to some of the yoga back stretching videos I am able to manage to work through.
It has deepened my practice, opened me to increased awareness…in the stillness of being alone with my breath. I am a busy yoga instructor and don't get to be a student very often, this is just what I needed to get centered. I am also a dental hygienist and my spine cannot wait to get home after a long day of seeing patients! Thank you!
The Yoga Trapeze has helped increase my strength and flexibility. After a few injuries, I was having problems being able to do certain poses. I lost a lot of flexibility after not practicing (and age setting in). The Yoga Trapeze has helped me regain some of what I've lost after just a month. It has helped restore some of the confidence in my body. This has been my favorite gift from my husband!
I absolutely love the yoga trapeze for many reasons. My most important ones being, it has helped me get deeper into my stretches and helped build strength in my lower back. Secondly, it's an awesome tool for my toddler and I she's become a little gymnast and I get a great movement flow. This is seriously one of the greatest investments!
Absolutely love the spinal traction!! I have been trying to achieve this traction for years. Every time I would go to the gym, I would hang by my arms on some random piece of equipment. 1) It was very tiring after just a few seconds. 2) Although I would feel better than before, it still seemed like I needed to hang from my hips, rather than from my arms and shoulders. I have had the Yoga Trapeze for 2 months now, and I use it every single day. I can hang and chill for as long as I want without getting tired or worrying about straining anything. Not only do I get amazing spinal traction, but I've found poses that open up my chest and shoulders better than traditional floor practices. Love, love, love the Yoga Trapeze and Yoga Body poses!
The trapeze is amazing, making it possible for me to stretch more thoroughly. It's also very helpful in aligning everything, and definitely boosts energy and mental well-being. I've been telling everyone I know about it!
I LOVE my trapeze! It's helped me to become more stable while doing balance postures (like boat pose, I can get a deeper pose in the trapeze), and it's helping me to stretch out my back and get into some backbends that I couldn't do on the floor. I have hereditary degenerative spinal arthritis (ankylosing spondylitis, and I'm only 33!) and my spine is at a stage 4, meaning there's no coming back from it, yoga is the only exercise I can do that doesn't cause pain spasms. This is why I bought the trapeze, so that I could use inversion to help stretch out my spine without risking more damage, but it's also helping me get into deeper poses. This is amazing!!
I actually mentioned it to my friend's husband while I was giving him a massage, and he bought one for her that night!
