Love the Trapeze! It’s been great for deepening my practice. It’s also fun. I’ve enjoyed teaching my nieces ( 4 and 6) how to do inversions. I look forward to their new favorite request, “auntie… can we play on the yoga swing with you today” ??
I got the yoga trapeze after a recommendation from a friend (Amanda of Fit and Chips), as I’ve had a prolapsed disc in my back and I wanted to try the inversion. This actually didn’t work to well for me as I have had muscle spasms and trying the inversion cause the muscle in my lower back to spasm.
However, I love the yoga trapeze for doing lots of other positions and use it daily just to hang and stretch. I hope when my back is better I can do inversions. Just using it daily to do deeper stretch has really helped my health and recovery and I would recommend it to anyone. I also use it for TRX type sets of squat and pull-ups!
The Yoga Trapeze has been a new fun way to practice yoga at home. I’ve also enjoyed introducing it to my Goddaughter who found Vinyasa a bit boring because of her age. I think she spends more time on the trapeze than I do, always looking up new moves and positions. I enjoy it mostly for hanging upside down; it’s great for decompressing my back after a long day.

I suffer from many ailments from neck pain, numbness between my shoulder blades & upper back, hip pain & sciatica. My body, due to a car accident many years ago, was squished like an accordion along with being tumbled around when my mom & I got T- boned from an uninsured drunk driver. The Yoga Trapeze makes me feel great, relaxes me, relieves stress, makes me smile, but it also works my body in a more intense way overall than my regular yoga practice on my mat. I love it and wish I had a place in my home to hang it. For now, I have it hanging from a tree outside, so I haven’t had enough good weather to get into a regular practice with it. I saw the Yoga Trapeze advertised as helping back pain and so I decided to try it. I have been struggling with extreme back and shoulder pain and have been going to physical therapy and chiropractors. Last year I had surgery which has helped. The Yoga Trapeze has been amazing to use. I'm in the middle of moving right now and I feel my back and shoulders starting to tense and hurt. If I stop and take just a few minutes to invert I feel MUCH better. I would recommend this to anyone, it's been a lifesaver!
I absolutely love my yoga trapeze it has added a new facet to my workouts in the morning. I was getting very bored of doing the same workouts over and over again, and the yoga trapeze has given me some variety. I also find the yoga trapeze to not just be a healthy way to exercise but also a much more enjoyable and entertaining way. I also really enjoy the relaxation that the cradling position gives. It took me a while to find someone to securely fasten it to the ceiling in my bedroom but was absolutely worth it once I got to start playing with it. I have already recommended too many of my friends to get the Yoga Trapeze even if they could only get it in their doorway or possibly hanging from a tree outside. I would love to purchase one if you have it available in the future a portable stand that you can use to take your yoga trapeze wherever you go.
I have spinal injuries (compression fractures in my thoracic) and have noticed a significant decrease in pain after hanging upside down in the Trapeze. There is literally nothing like it. Inversion tables are NOT the same as this. My mobility is also increased. Besides that I have learned other exercises to do so I am working on my spinal health as well as total body fitness. Best purchase ever!
The Yoga Trapeze has helped me with everything!!! Lower back pain, sports injuries, and relaxation!!! Every time I get a little overwhelmed, I hang. My 6 year old jokes when I'm getting a bit upset, he says "mommy maybe you should go hang for a few mins. Like it's my time out. LOL
My FAVORITE product is actually Yoga Talk Show podcast. That show has exposed me to a variety of topics and speakers I wouldn't have know about otherwise. Plus, I don't have to do the research; Lucas does it all by finding the guests and asking the questions. I like everything about it including the nutritional tip of the day and listener questions at the end. I look forward to new episodes, and while I wait, I re-listen to older ones. I use my Trapeze daily, even if only for a minute or two – LOVE it! Awesome Toes are great (better than the other brands out there and better than pedicure spreaders), I like the B-12. I haven't been taking Yoga Body Stretch long enough to notice a difference. Gravity Yoga really does work. The water bottle is nice for short hikes.
The yoga trapeze is amazing! Has allowed me to increase my flexibility in my hips to a degree I've never thought possible.
I have also had periformis and proximal hamstring problems that the larger size of the Yoga Balls allows me to do myofacial release to relieve my symptoms. Am going to buy a second set and share them.
It helps me mainly stretching my back out at the end of the day. Although I can do a lot of the flexibility moves, I have to be careful to not overdo it and become too sore. It's also just a great stress reliever. I have already recommended it to a couple of my friends; one who has bought it and is enjoying it tremendously.

It is strong, beautiful and easy to mount with the straps. It has really helped me with strength and flexibility. The yoga trapeze has taken me from practicing once in a while, or for a week straight when I try to get into it again (before I slack for a month yet again)…to practicing daily for over a month straight (personal record). It's fun, and lets me get deep stretches without my bones digging into the hard ground. I can go an hour and it flies by, instead of farting around on the mat for 15 minutes and losing my attention span. This is exactly what I needed to engage in my practice. I'm practicing yoga more often, my back pain has lessened immediately, and my core strength has greatly improved. Also, I'm having tons of fun and I'm looking into trying aerial silks (the trapeze has helped me gain confidence).

I suffer from migraines and Lyme Disease. Using the trapeze for even just a few minutes a day has lessened the migraines. Stretch and Liquid Energy B, along with a Paleo diet have almost eliminated the pain from the Lyme Disease in my muscles and joints.
It has helped me tremendously with what was becoming chronic low back pain. After the birth of my son, I was having flare-ups that would lay me up for up to 7 days at a time. Since I've started using the trapeze for traction, I haven't even had 1 flare up of that kind. I still have pain some days (it's only been 2 months since I started using the trapeze) and if I hang in traction, the pain goes away and I feel great the rest of the day. It's seriously miraculous!! My lower back was always an issue for me. I had tried an inversion table, it took up a lot of room and well it didn't do much less for me. I liked the swing idea because not only would it help my back for it also is a workout if I so choose. I used my swing every few days if I don't my back tells me about it. I used to pop my back each night before bed, now I don't have too.
I'm still learning how to use my trapeze. I know that in time it will be a wonderful addition to my yoga practice. I love inversions and back bends. I look forward to using my trapeze to enhance these and build strength. I'm working my way up to using it for longer periods of time.

The Yoga Trapeze helps me when my back is hurting to hang upside down and to strengthen upper half of my body. It has helped me in many ways that I was not aware of. I had a terrible surgery 4 years ago with the birth of my second son. I have many scars in my abdomen and my uterus. I have done a lot of yoga to stretch out scar and strengthen this area, I could only get so far. My goal to a headstand was always stopped cause I could not feel my abdominal muscles. With the swing I feel I can be assisted as i learn to get in my headstand, I used to see this as "cheating" but its what my body needs to get to my goals of Headstand.
