    YOGABODY provided an excellent product for me to use. The instructors were great and the material was easy to understand. I have learned so much that will help me with my fitness training.

    I've been following YogaBody ever since I finished my 200 hour teacher training in April 2020. Lucas, founder and lead trainer of YogaBody, is a well spring of intellectual information. He makes it possible to understand super difficult yoga concepts. When I saw they were offering a Trapeze training I jumped on it!!! Being taught how to mount, stay in, and stay safe in the rig was paramount to getting over the fear of falling. Being shown how to create a safe flow in the trapeze... Priceless. When I got an email from the shipping company with no delivery address, I reached out to YogaBody and they responded immediately. Without hesitation, they shipped me another one, that got to me before the estimated delivery date of my original order!!! That's above and beyond for customer service! And they've been this consistent throughout my dealings with them. I'd planned to do my teacher training with them but I had to bow out. They didn't hesitate to suspend my payments and offer the opportunity to join in the future. Exemplary, in my opinion!!!

    The way in which Lucas explains all the positions makes it easier. There are a lot of positive energy/vibes to do better and improve one's health.

    Clear, methodical and confidence giving. I would highly recommend it!

    The Program has incredible, helpful trainers, educational modules, and is challenging but you get detailed feedback along the way.

    There's an amazing sense of accomplishment at the end. I cannot recommend YOGABODY Teacher College more!

    I enrolled and was impressed with the passion and knowledge that Lucas taught with. Not to mention the visible changes I began to notice in myself.

    Thereafter I enrolled in Breathing coach training. Again I learned a lot and unlearned a lot of stuff that I thought to be the right ways of practicing yoga.
    He constantly recommended good reads and I bought those books each time and enriched my journey as a yoga teacher.

    I signed up yet again for a 200 hr yoga instructor course and graduated feeling at the top of the world.

    there is a YB resource center online which is accessible to students 24x7 forever.

    All the trainers of YB offer free classes all the time in the same peer group to keep up. The limitation can be only you. YB has made several tiers of learning possible and available to us!

    Can't say enough about the quality of the teaching material!

    What I like most about Lucas and Yoga Body is that he knows his stuff inside out, he can talk the talk and walk the walk, but he is not a pretentious so and so like most “yoga” practitioners I’ve come across.

    He’s definitely not one of those people who’ve done a 200-hour “training” course and then self-appointed themselves as a yoga “master”.

    Very grounded, very knowledgeable, and very trustworthy l in my opinion.

    I have done the 21-Day Happy Back Challenge, Stretching Coach Training. Currently doing YTC 200 and signed for trapeze!

    That amount of repeat business with them tells everything. They deliver high-quality education, live courses and so much interaction that even online teacher training gives that in-person zeal.

    Straight-to-point and no-nonsense offerings are something that kept me glued.
