    Love the explanation of how the stretches are anatomically relevant to how the body functions, how to modify for easier or harder poses, and last but not least, the focus on breathing! I definitely sleep better the nights I use YOGABODY. Highly recommended!

    All the explanations are simple and it is made for absolute beginners such as I am. I would have quit very fast but I didnt yet and that sais a lot ☺️.

The way Lucas has structured the class makes it valuable both to the beginner and seasoned “breather”, his style of teaching is knowledgeable, inspiring, and patient!

    I wish this course would be mandatory learning in schools!
