    I used the breathing challenge, which I absolutely loved! Good stuff you can use right away. I’m a physical therapist and I have taught several patients breathing to calm themselves during uncomfortable treatments.

    This is exactly what I was looking for. Gradual increases to strengthen my yoga and breathing practices. Never thought I would go online and pay a fee But this has been wonderful. The explanations are clear and doable.

    I recently went through the 21-Day Breathing Challenge in combination with Gravity Yoga. Well produced, simple to follow, effective programming. I did the yoga program before bed each night and then followed up with the short breath practice. Looked forward to doing these each night.

    Highly recommend these. I am looking forward to the upcoming Yoga Trapeze Training!
