I absolutely love my yoga trapeze! It has been a game-changer! A little intimidating at first but it's totally minded over matter! I have noticed a huge difference in my neck and shoulder and back tension just from doing traction.

I have been doing gravity yoga for about a year and a half now and I've noticed such huge improvements in my mobility flexibility range of motion. And was looking for something that would give me a deeper stretch in my arms upper back this is definitely the game-changer!!

I recently purchased the Yoga Body Trapeze along with the ceiling mounts! I have to say I wish I would have jumped on this sooner!

As a mama of 7 that suffers from a pinched sciatic from 2 bulging discs, my activity level has diminished! The yoga trapeze was a great find. I'd been struggling with lower back pain and the stress of moving across the country, and the yoga trapeze gave me the exact support I needed.

It took a few tries to get used to being in the air, and also to get used to the feeling of hanging upside down, but in the end, my lower back feels so much better for the effort - decompressed and flexible.

I bought a trapeze along with the flow charts and classes. These are such great tools. Love my trapeze and all the new yoga flows and poses I have learned.

I attached my sling to the YOGABODY hooks. I was intimidated at first but got the hang of it quickly. It helps with stretching and makes me more flexible. They were quick to answer any questions and respond to feedback. I love it!

I am a aerialist and I also teach Aerial Yoga.

I love tha combinations of slings and silk and also the fact the fabric is awesome and not stretchy.

It is very helpful for some poses!

Plus the slings really are awesome for suspension training.

The whole product offer much more than a regular aerial hammock because of the more variety of moves you can make (stability and strength)

I looked at the Yoga Trapeze once I had it set up on my swing set in the back yard and thought how am I going to do this and what did I just buy? I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis and a slipped lower disc in my back which causes pain every single night if I sleep more then five hours. I started using it and love it!! Can't believe how easy it was to start using it being that I had lost a lot of my flexibility over the years and I felt right all the time.

Now I feel so great and flexible and cannot wait to get in it everyday!!!!

I have now installed my yoga trapeze x6 with yogabody ceiling hooks. I can not recommend enough. Really easily to install. Super secure. Beautifully made trapezes I believe will last a really long time!

Love my yoga trapeze. I was skeptical at first, especially because of how reasonably priced it is, that it wouldn’t work as advertised or would be too difficult for someone with no experience or flexibility (me!). I’m happy to report that it has exceeded my expectations. It’s easy to set up and get used to using. The inversion poses provided for free online have helped my back pain (from sitting at a desk all day) tremendously. So happy I’ve had this during quarantine! Definitely recommend, even if just for inversion therapy.

Yoga Trapeze has helped motivate me to stretch every day, and comfortably explore certain positions that would normally be strenuous without the Yoga Trapeze. I love it, and it's a super easy install… I did it myself. YEAH!

Hello Lucas, I love it. I feel like a kid and at the same time i feel i get the most of my stretching with the trapeze. I have not fully used it since I am moving, but I am so excited of the idea that I own one. In addition, I am planning to buy the flexibility kit. My dream is to be able to do the splits and be more flexible.
