  • More than just for flexibility

    I bought this thinking it might help with flexibility which it did, but it also helped with my spine. My backpack is so much better. Each morning I hang for a few minutes before starting my day. I also use my Yogabody for strengthening my core. I am so happy with my purchase!

    Better than expected. I already owned a TRX, and purchased this only for the ability to hang upside down to decompress my spine. This works great for that. But in reviewing the videos, I discovered that it is also a wonderful tool to get in some extra stretching, in a safe manner.

    This is definitely a nice addition to your home gym. If you don't have a home gym, this would be a great start.

    I was surprised by the overall quality of the trapeze. The material is very soft and comfortable just to even sit it. It doesn’t dig into my body in any way. The instructions on how to set up the trapeze was also very well put together. I am impressed overall.

    I took one aerial yoga class years ago and always wanted my own trapeze. After having several surgeries these last few years I was concerned that I might not be able to use it. However that has not been the case. It is even east for me to go upside down, even if I can’t stay here long.

    The videos provided with some moves were also helpful even if I can’t do them all yet.

    The ceiling hooks were also a great buy. They were much heavier then I thought, east to install and look nice! Worth the extra!

    I don’t regret this purchase at all. In fact I will buy a second one to keep outdoor once I finish the space I want to hang it.

    YOGABODY trapezes are well made and last a very long time. They are made well and work great. I use them in a class setting and recommend them to all of my students. Proportions of handles to center sling are perfect.

    I LOVE my yoga trapeze! The whole family’s uses it from my daughter (11) to my Mom (80). Whether it’s hanging upside down (my daughter) or hanging from the straps to stretch the upper body (my Mom) there are so many ways to use it!

    I love this product! I'm so excited to be using it everyday. I found it really easy to install and my body just loves the feeling of being upside down and releasing the back tension that accumulates. I would highly recommend this product to a friend.
