Strength, Flow, Go!: In this guided, 60-minute class, YOGABODY founder, Lucas Rockwood, and certified teacher, Rosita Jan, guide you through a fun and challenging Level II practice focused on strength. The Yoga Trapeze is a powerful yoga practice tool for posterior chain strength, backbends, spinal traction, shoulder and upper-back opening, core strength, inversion prep, and more.
It’s assumed that you have at least 10 hours of training experience on the Yoga Trapeze (approximately 10 practice sessions of one hour each at home or in a studio).
Level II Yoga Trapeze® Flows with Brett Larkin: Join Lucas Rockwood and Brett Larkin for three fun and flowing series you can do at home, in the park or wherever you love to practice. These series are designed for longer practices of 20-40 minutes for students who are already familiar with the basics of inversion sling yoga, and want to try new and challenging poses in a structured mini-class.
