    Purchased the yoga trapeze several months ago after taking a class at a local studio. Neck tension is greatly reduced after hanging upside down just for a few minutes. It's incredible the amount of space that I feel in my cervical spine after just one session. The hip hangs are wonderful for lower back stretching. The other hip opener stretches are also amazing.

    The ebook helps me to keep challenging myself with new poses and practice at home. That's so useful and the result makes me feel so good!
