For 15 minutes a day for 21 days, learn to relieve back pain, stabilize your core & unlock your shoulders. During the challenge, you’ll develop a very powerful 15-min daily spinal hygiene habit, you’ll learn the anatomy and physiology of a happy back, and you’ll lay the groundwork for selfcare. It’s fun, science-based, and practical.

    The benefits include:

    • Reduced Pain. Movement is medicine but you need to listen to your body’s pain signals, adjust, adapt and modify along the way. During this program, you’ll dramatically increase your proprioception (external awareness) and interoception (internal awareness).
    • Improved Posture. Laptop lifestyle has left many of us with hunched shoulders and a swooping lower back. In this challenge, we’ll free up stuck areas and use balancing practices to create alignment head-to-toe. Better posture = better movement patterns = happy back.
    • Renewed Joy for Sports. Most students tell me their best memories are outdoors: walking, hiking, cycling or swimming. For some people, it’s a yoga classes or a gym workout. Whatever your favorite activities are, when your spine is happy, it’s pure joy.
    • Strengthened Muscles. Did you know most people lose 1 lbs of muscle per year as they age? During this challenge, we’ll work to reverse that by developing deep core stabilizers for your spinal column and posterior chain.
    • Boosted Flexibility. You should be able to touch the floor in a forward bend, interlace your hands behind your back with straight arms, and twist a full 180-degrees at any time, day-or-night, without pain. Most of us have lost some of this basic range of motion, but the good news is that you can get it back.
    • Improved Quality of Life. I realized that health may not be the top priority for everyone, but when basic movements cause pain and discomfort, nothing is more important than correcting the problem. Once you make spinal hygiene part of your routine; your overall quality of life improves in everything from your attitude to your love life.

I’m loving the happy back challenge program. I injured my back a few months ago and needed something that was easy to follow. I’ve seen real improvements in my lower back using the happy back challenge. I haven’t been perfect with it but now that I’m doing it 4 times a week, I can feel a difference. The program is helping me move to strength training as well. The breathing part really helped my body relax and go deeper.

I've purchase 100s and 100s of online courses/products over the years. Most digital courses are created by "wannabe" instructors that have never had enough practice and experience to become a real instructor. This is not the case with Lucas' hip flexibility course. He is clearly extremely knowledgeable on the topic. I've really enjoyed going through it, and have seen GREAT results. Much much less lower back pain, which I can directly attribute to Lucas' course. Highly recommended.

It's like being in an in-person class. I love the classes and the detailed explanations and optional modifications concerning each move. The time flies by and my body says "thank you!"

The stretch series is a lot harder than it seems. Still, at 60, my lower back pain has lessened by 50%. And, I'm not doing it one day after another, taking it slower and on second week only. I do yoga regularly, but there's something about holding stretches. Lucas is a very very good instructor with a calm, knowledgeable approach that is NOT in the least annoying or blustery or irritatingly chipper. I highly recommend it. Plus, this is the first e-workout series I've subscribed to. I did because his ads on Facebook are genuine and convincing.

I enjoyed the challenge of the stretches. Lucas talks slow and clear to help you through all the poses. Best part, you can do as many as you like or take a day off.

Lucas is a great teacher and I appreciate all the research he has done. He moves into the stretches briskly without a long preamble which I appreciate but provides ample instruction and modifications. Super professional, Lucas provides insight into what tissues/joint are involved in the stretch and why we need to work the area. I will definitely take more courses from Yoga Body.

My back hurt after sitting all day (and driving 2 hrs) Lucas's lower back program has helped reduce My back pain considerably by improving my flexibility and making my back stronger ..I also set a reminder to move every 2 hrs at work.

Love this program! I've searched a ton of mobility programs and absolutely loved the format of this one. Easy to follow, Lucas explains everything in detail and always gives mortifications if you are unable to do some of the movements. Helped me a ton and definitely has become a routine to watch the videos and get stretching in.

I have struggled with tight hips lower back for years. Following Lucas’ videos have helped tremendously! I enjoy especially the long hold stretches and the informational instruction. The way he trains the strength is also making it more acceptable, as I usually hate strength training. Lucas is very knowledgeable with the body. I really appreciate that he always has many options for all of the poses.
