    I am absolutely loving the programme. I have been playing sports and running for decades and have always been bad at stretching and know that my flexibility is BAD! Now in my 50's I've started being prone to lower back problems if I do the wrong thing or over-do exercising. It's early days (3 weeks) but I can already feel the difference and my body feels more supple and I've not had any back problems. I LOVE the stretches, my body feels so much better after them. I love Lucas, he is a great teacher. Clear, encouraging and gentle. I am so glad I took the plunge and bought the programme off the back of an IG post.

    Excellent platform for stretching - feels very personal and it's super easy to use. Got personalized help on a sign-in problem quickly and I like the idea that Lucas answers weekly questions in a video format.

    I have 2 programs and both are very good - the long holds, and the understanding of where we might have issues is very helpful. Recommended.

    The Science of Stretching has been a game changer for me. My body feels at ease and I move effortlessly now. I didn’t think I was that stiff since I felt like I had a decent amount of flexibility but boy was I wrong. I feel like everyone (young and old) should incorporate this into their daily routine even if you’re not very active or mobile. It will certainly help a great deal!
