    Monday through Friday, you’ll receive one targeted strength and one stretching tutorial video each day. Each video is just 15 minutes long and requires no previous experience or ability. For full benefits, we recommend adding 30 minutes of walking (or jogging) daily.

I like how he focuses on helping me age with grace and dignity. We can't stop Father Time, but we can throw up speed bumps. I plan to lengthen my health span with the help of this program.

    Highly recommend the yogabody daily program. I have been a member for over a year now and really enjoy it. Easy to follow and include in my day. I do strength in the morning, walking at lunchtime and stretching in the evening five days a week. It has made a huge difference to how I feel daily and I hope to be still in this program for many years to come.

    I am 50 and joined the Yogabody Daily program in January 2024 to improve my flexibility and get rid of my backpain. It met all my expectations and became part of my daily routine. The exercises are very well demonstrated and explained, Lucas and Camilo are doing a great job, I love it and will defintively continue.
